Bruce and Pam grew up in North Carolina but met at a Bible college in Florida. After Bruce's graduation, they married and moved to the Washington, D.C. area. Pam finished her B.A. at Washington Bible College in 1982. The following year, Bruce received a Th.M. from Capital Bible Seminary.
The Sinclairs served four years as missionaries in Mexico, where they were involved in church planting, leadership training, and theological education. Since their return to the USA in 1989, Bruce has pastored two churches, and they have planted a third.
The call to Uganda, the Pearl of Africa, has been a growing concern for Bruce and Pam ever since Bruce took a mission trip to that nation in the summer of 2000. Bruce's main ministry involves training men for pastoral ministry at Westminster Theological College in Kampala and supporting the church planting movements in Uganda and southern Sudan. Pam is active in women and children's ministries, especially in the mentoring of seminary wives.
Bruce and Pam urge you to pray with them that God will realize the vision of Reaching the Pearl of Africa with the Pearl of Great Price.
